University College Roosevelt (UCR) is the honours college in liberal arts and sciences of Utrecht University, one of the Netherlands’ top research universities. Founded in 2004, it is located in the historic city of Middelburg, in the province of Zeeland, and offers a three-year, English-taught Bachelor in a small, residential, international setting.
