🤝 Would you like to become a YourDreamSchool partner?
Do you offer a service that is useful to international students (housing, insurance, finance, training, travel, equipment…) and want to join our partner network? We would be delighted to talk. Contact our partnerships team at: contact@yourdreamschool.com → Contact usUpdated on September 6, 2026
Why we work with partners
Our job is admissions: choosing universities, preparing the application, tests and interviews. Beyond that scope, families often need other expertise, from a summer language stay to health insurance or student housing. Rather than offering services outside our expertise, we refer families to organizations whose teams and results we know. Since 2018, Your Dream School has supported more than 1,000 students, and our Google page has 160+ 5-star Google reviews: we only recommend what we would be willing to suggest to those families.
How we choose a partner
- A verifiable track record: several years in business and references we can contact.
- Feedback from families: we gather the views of students we have referred to the partner, cycle after cycle.
- Transparent pricing: a clear price, stated before enrollment, with no surprise fees along the way.
- Fit with the admissions timeline: a service that fits into the application year without disrupting it.
Timing matters more than the catalog
A language stay or summer program only adds value to an application if it is completed before applications are submitted. For 2027 entry, UCAS sets the deadline at 6:00 pm (UK time) on January 13, 2027, and October 15, 2026, for Oxford, Cambridge, medicine, dentistry and veterinary science (source: UCAS, accessed September 6, 2026). An intensive English course therefore belongs in the preceding summer, not the following spring. This is the first decision we make with families, before we even talk about providers.
What our partners do not replace
No partner is involved in application strategy or in writing the application: both remain the work of our coaches. Our prices start at €3,000 and every package is quoted individually. If the student receives no offer from any of the 3 first-choice universities agreed at the start of the coaching, we support a new round of applications. To understand the exact scope of our work, see our bachelor’s admissions, master’s admissions and study abroad pages.
Frequently asked questions
Are partners paid by Your Dream School?
No. It is the other way around: some links on this page are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up for a service, at no extra cost to you. This changes neither how partners are selected nor the advice given during the coaching.
Do I have to use a partner?
Never. Partners are suggested when a need arises, for example a language course abroad before an English test. Many families do not use them, and their coaching works in exactly the same way.
How can I become a partner?
Email contact@yourdreamschool.com with a description of your service, how long you have been operating and your rates. We review every proposal and test the service before recommending it, which usually takes several weeks.
Have a question about a partner or your study plans? Contact our team and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.
