Our fees
Our coaching starts at €3,000. Each project is priced after a free 30-minute initial conversation, once the list of universities and the year of entry have been settled.

How we prepare a quote
The price depends on the number of applications and the admissions systems you are targeting. A UCAS application, a direct application to a European school and a Parcoursup application don’t involve the same work, the same timeline or the same written materials. That is why we don’t publish a price list: two families reading the same advertised price almost never have the same project.
The quote arrives after the first conversation. It fits on two pages, gives a fixed price for each service and adds no conditional items during the season.
All amounts include VAT. You can pay in full on signing or in ten interest-free monthly instalments. Registration fees for tests and application platforms are paid directly to the organisations concerned, never through us.

The Until-Admission Guarantee
It comes with unlimited coaching. At the start of the season, the family and the coach agree on the student’s top five choices together. If the student is not admitted to any of these five universities, we support them in reapplying the following season, at no additional charge for the coaching.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Your Dream School coaching cost?
Our coaching starts at €3,000, which covers a single application route. The exact amount depends on the number of applications and the countries you are targeting, and it is set after the first conversation, before any work begins.
Why aren’t your prices listed online?
Because a public price list would give most families the wrong price. A student applying only to the UK and a student targeting the UK, Spain and Canada in the same year don’t require the same amount of work. You receive a written quote after our conversation, and the price on it is the price you will be charged.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay in full when you sign or in ten interest-free monthly instalments, whichever you prefer. On a two-year programme, the instalments are spread over twenty months.
Are there any additional fees?
Test registration fees (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, GRE) and university and platform application fees are paid directly to the organizations concerned. We take no commission on them, and nothing else is added to the quote.
What happens if we add a university during the year?
With unlimited coaching, it is included, at no extra cost and without further discussion. On an à la carte package, the additional application is billed at the rate for its destination, and we tell you before we start on it.
Is the first meeting free?
Yes. The first conversation lasts 30 minutes and is free, with no obligation. It is an opportunity to understand the student’s plans, tell you frankly what is realistic and draw up the quote.
