YourDreamSchool was founded in 2018 by Adam Girsault and Lawrence Myers, two education professionals who saw how many talented students struggled with the complexity of international university applications.
Having navigated the admissions process themselves — and helped hundreds of students before officially launching — they created YourDreamSchool to provide the personalised, expert guidance that makes the difference between a good application and a great one.
Today, the team has grown to include specialist tutors, admissions coaches, and academic mentors who speak four languages and cover universities across the UK, Europe, the US, and Canada. We have helped over 1,000 students and published a book on studying abroad with Studyrama.

Meet Adam and Lawrence
Adam Girsault
Adam has spent over a decade in international education, guiding students through the admissions process at selective universities in the UK, Europe, and North America. His expertise spans personal statement coaching, UCAS and Common App strategy, and interview preparation. Adam is fluent in English and French and has first-hand knowledge of the European and British university systems.
Lawrence Myers
Lawrence brings deep expertise in academic tutoring and test preparation, specialising in IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and the Bocconi entrance test. He oversees the tutor team and develops the personalised study plans that help students reach their target scores. Lawrence is fluent in English and French and has guided hundreds of students through the test preparation process.
